Participate

  • $5 will buy 1 skipping rope
  • $15 will buy 1 text book
  • $30  will buy one soccer ball
  • $70  will buy exercise books & pencils per term for Lonkobei Primary School (allow 210 USD for full year)
  • $250  will provide lunches for Lonkobei Primary School (80 students) for one month – we believe that learning is much healthier on a full stomach
  • $250  will pay one years fees for a Primary School student (please allow sponsorship of 8 years total primary school total 2000USD) this can be paid annually
  • $330 buys one smartphone for Shompole Rangers to record elephant data (Elephantvoices.org) 
  • $350 will provide lunch to Lonkobei school
  • $500 buys one infrared camera to record elephant migration through Shompole conservancy (Elephantvoices.org)
  • $600  will pay one years fees for a Secondary School student (please allow sponsorship of 4 years total secondary school) this can be paid annually
  • $700  will pay one semester for Bachelor of Development Studies for Daniel Lochomin, Village Chief Lake Turkana/Omo Delta region working to  resolve conflict resolution between Kenya & Ethiopian tribes people. (course total 4 years costs $5600)
  • $1800  will pay one year salary & living allowance for a Shompole Wildlife Conservancy Ranger
  • $2400  will pay one years salary for a teacher at Lonkobei Primary School Shompole
  • $2400  will pay for one four-year secondary school scholarship
  • $4000 will help reconstruct the Rangers post at Gate 1 and add rain water supply tank 
  • $12000  will pay one years salary for a Co-ordinator / Conservancy Manager for Shompole Wildlife Conservancy.

              (note: school fees include uniform, text books and travel costs)
